Mo embodies everything Welsh.  He has exceptional movement, balance, cadence, and an exceptional length of stride. You could not ask for a more beautiful head with his perfect little ears, wide set large eyes, and his wonderful little muzzle.  He has a lovely head to neck connection that is clean and elegant and a well set neck that comes out of his shoulders well above his broad and muscled chest.  Not to mention his powerful and laid back shoulder that allows for his great reach in his stride. He has a short back with a good clean connection to his powerful hindquarters.  Mo's hindquarters are definitely his powerhouse.  He also has a well set tail and good straight limbs.  Mo is extremely up-hill in his build and movement.

The list goes on with his amazing personality and temperament!!  Mo definitely enjoys life and loves being the center of attention.  He takes everything in stride and is always game for any task.  He is the easiest pony I have ever started and continues to master every task with great ease.  You can show this pony the book and then go and do anything!!  He just learns that fast!!

We are having an amazing time working with Mo and are really looking forward to his performance career in 2007.  He is going well in English and Driving and we are working on Western and trail.

Here are 4 pictures captured from video that show some of Mo's movement.

And yes he has on a pink tail bag...because real men wear pink!!

Mo had an amazing start to his 2007 show season with a 1st and 2nd in Halter B Stallions and Res. Grand Champion Sec. B.  He also made his debut in performance in Pleasure Driving and Carriage Driving.  Mo swept the pleasure division and earning division Champion and took two firsts and a 3rd in Carriage and also earned the division Championship.  The 3rd place was in cones and was true pilot error!!

We had another great show down south with Double 1st for overall Sec. B's and Double Res. Supreme Champion.  Mo also earned Res. Champion for the Pleasure Driving divisions and Res. Champion for the Carriage Driving Division.

We had a GREAT time at the SLWPA Open show April 29th and finally got some pictures from video of Mo in harness at a show.  Mo had a wonderful day taking 1st in a large class of halter stallions and geldings, 1st in another large class of halter ponies, a 1st in Pleasure Driving, 2nd in Reinsmanship, and 1st in Pleasure Driving Pony!!

Mo had another amazing show at the May Dalanzo Bronze show!!  Mo was double 1st Sec. B Stallions, Double Grand Champion Sec. B, Double Supreme Champion, Res. Division Champion for Pleasure Driving, and Res. Division Champion for Carriage Driving.  We also took BridleWood Debutante (1/2 Welsh yearling filly by Mo) and she also earned double 1st in her 2 and under 1/2 Welsh class and Double Grand Champion 1/2 Welsh.
Here are two pictures of Mo at the Dalanzo Show.

Mo came back out again at the Santa Barbara National show the first week of July and had another amazing show.  He was Double 1st Sec. B 3 & 4 Year Old Stallions, Double Res. Champion Sec. B Stallion, Double Res. Grand Sec. B, and Res. Champion in Pleasure Driving A/B over 12.2 hands!!  We had a great time at the show!!

With only a week between the shows Mo came back out July 15th at the SLWPA Single Bronze show to earn 1st for the Overall Sec. B class and Supreme Champion.  Mo was also the Res. Division Champion for Pleasure Driving ABCD1/2.  It was a fun show that provided a wonderful opportunity to present the Welsh to a new crowd of Open Show exhibitors as well.

Mo had a great show at the Santa Barbara Nationals in July earning double first Sec. B 3 & 4 year old stallions, double Res. Champion Sec. B Stallions, Double Res. Grand Champion Sec. B, and Res. Division Champion for Pleasure driving A/B over 12.2.

We just got home from the South West Welsh Summer Classic and what a show it was!!!  The first day was a Bronze show and Mo earned Double 1st Sec. B Colts and Stallions, Grand and Res. Grand Champion Sec. B, and Supreme and Res. Supreme Champion.  Then Mo again did extremely well at the Gold Show earning 1st and 2nd Sec. B Stallions, Grand and Res. Grand Sec. B, and Supreme and Res. Supreme Champion!!  Mo also earned Res. Division Champion for Pleasure Driving A/B over 12.2.

Above are a few pictures taken at the Gold show in Eugene Oregon.  Mo had an amazing show taking home Double 1st sec. B 3 & 4 year old Stallions, Double Champion Sec. B Stallions, Double Grand Champion Sec. B, Double Supreme Champion, Division Champion A/B Pleasure Driving, and Division Champion Adult A/B English!!!  What a show to remember!!!

We had another wonderful show in Brookside and Mo came home Res. Champion Adult A/B English Pleasure, Champion A/B over 12.2 hands Pleasure Driving, Champion Carriage A/B Driving, Champion Sec. B Stallion, and Res. Champion Sec. B Stallion!!  Mo is now just 3 performance points short of his Individual Legion of Merit!!  We hope to finish this top honor up very soon.

Mo has earned a total of 1600 total points at this point and we could not be more proud of all of his great achievements at such a young age...especially since 2007 is the first year he has ever been shown in performance!!

We had an amazing show in Tulsa to say the least!!!  Mo started the show of Double 1st in the 3 & 4 year old B stallions class, then went on to be Champion and Res. Champion B Stallion, Grand Champion, and Supreme Champion.  Mo then earned Champion in the Carriage Driving division against 11 ponies!!  Mo also earned Champion for the over 12.2 Pleasure Driving division with a clean sweep of three firsts!!  To top it all off he earned the last few points he needed to finish his Individual Legion of Merit!!!  We could not be happier!!!
